Overview
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer needs via phone and email communication channels.
- Manage and respond to customer feedback promptly and ensure proper tracking.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, as the position necessitates engagement with clients who speak Mandarin.Good follow-up discipline.Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Comfortable handling customer support via email and phone, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.What We Offer
