Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Business Executive Development to support our business development team. You’ll work closely with our senior project leads to assist in tender preparation, quotation drafting, payment tracking, and CRM updates. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the creative and consulting industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Tender & Proposal Support : Source and screen tenders, compile documents, and assist in preparing quotations and proposals.
• Client & Project Coordination : Join meetings, document action items, and support commercial documentation.
• CRM & Reporting : Maintain accurate CRM records and generate basic sales and payment reports.
• Outreach Support : Assist in outbound lead generation and internal campaign follow-ups.
