Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical) or equivalent. However, candidates with hands-on working experience in the Metrology or Quality Control field are also encouraged to apply. At least 01 year(s) of working experience in the Metrology industry is an added advantage but Fresh graduates with a good mindset and attitude are strongly encouraged to apply. Applicants of all genders are warmly invited to apply. Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both in written & communication Able to communicate in Japanese will be an added advantage although not compulsory as opportunity to learn will be provided upon confirmation. The candidate must possess own transport and be willing to travel as and when required by the task and business nature. Matured and can work independently. Trustworthy team player with high integrity of confidentiality
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers, including equipment demonstration, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration and commissioning of Metrology Measuring Instrument.
- Deliver training and after-sales service on the operation and upkeep of equipment.
- Respond to customer requests and execute corrective actions within the agreed-upon time frame.
- Collaborate closely with customers, distributors, sales and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and effective resolutions.
- Prepare accurate service reports and quotations to the customers.
- Identify and participate in sales opportunities, such as new contracts, renewals, or system upgrades.
