Position : Company Secretary Assistant
Company : LXZ & Co (Accounting & Secretarial Firm)
Reports to : Licensed Company Secretary / Manager
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Company Secretary in preparing and filing statutory documents with SSM (e.g., annual returns, resolutions, incorporation papers).
Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and minutes book.
Draft resolutions, notices, and minutes of meetings.
Liaise with clients, SSM, and other authorities on secretarial matters.
Ensure timely compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and related regulations.
Provide administrative support to the company secretarial team.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business, Law, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in company secretarial work (fresh graduates are welcome).
Knowledge of Companies Act 2016 & SSM procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with secretarial software is an advantage.
Good command of English & Mandarin.
