Direct reports to the Senior Executive & Manager.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell logistics products / services to prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
- Generate and reach out to customer leads through cold calling, door knocking, digital marketing, referrals, etc.
- Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
- Analyse market’s potential, trends, track sales and status report, provide regular market insights and updates to the management team.
- Work closely with Customer Service and Operations on the execution of customer's quotation and orders.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.Self‑motivated, aggressive, ambitious.Have own transport to travel around.Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin is a plus point.Proficient using Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.Benefits
