REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
10 years of progressive HR experience or senior HR leadership role.
Experience in a multinational corporation or dynamic business environment.
Strong project management skills for managing complex HR initiatives.
Experience in crisis management and business continuity planning.
Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation structures.
Familiarity with talent management and development practices.
Experience in leading diversity and inclusion initiatives within organizations.
Understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Have experience handling expatriates and a strong understanding of current requirements working in Malaysia.
Proficiency in multiple languages can be advantageous.
Knowledge or interest in emerging technologies such as AI, HR analytics tools, and digital HR platforms is an added advantage.
