Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any relevant field. Minimum 5 years of working experience in F&B Industry. Preferably have experience in Food / Beverage / Restaurant Service or equivalent. Have knowledge in food control & product quality skills. Possess own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley area. Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin is a must (Due to business nature). Working days : 6 days (Shift rotation, off-day on weekday). Travel / Visit to other outlets may be required.

Overview
Currently representing a fast growing retail food & beverage company in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. As they are expanding, they are looking for an Operations Assistant Manager to join the team!
Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies to meet the desired revenue for the business and manage operating costs.
- Develop & execute outlet expansion plan and participate in ROI exercise.
- Work closely with F&B team to develop new menu from time to time.
- Ensure consistency in product quality & service delivery.
- Develop & review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure SOP is observed & carried out consistently for all branches.
- Develop branding strategies for business opportunities.
- Identify ways to increase work efficiency & productivity.
- Manpower planning to ensure efficient manpower utilization with consideration of peak period demands and succession planning.
- Lead, motivate and support the team to drive sales and heighten customer service delivery.
