Management Associate

Overview

Management Associate role at DKSH. Coordinate a wide variety of challenging strategic / tactical technical and management projects / assignments in the Business Unit (BU).

Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Understand and experience end-to-end functional operations of assigned business unit
• Work on multiple short / long-term functional assignments to gain breadth of product knowledge and services offered by the company
• Internalise operational procedures of assigned functions and propose continuous improvement where applicable
• Assist in department's administrative coordination with internal / external stakeholders
• Project manage and coordinate special assignments delegated by superior / mentor
• Develop key relationships with customers, clients and internal stakeholders with guidance from business leaders

Functional Skills And Knowledge

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline based on the function's requirements
