• As a Guru you will be accountable for :
• Processing and managing orders accurately, ensuring all order details are correctly entered into the system.
• Coordinating with sales, finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all order management activities.
• Handle customer eKYC approval process by performing detail validate on all documents submitted by property agents.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of order management processes and procedures.
• Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
• Participating in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Supporting special projects and initiatives related to order management and sales operations as needed.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• We're looking for someone who has :
• Experience in order management, sales operations, or a related field.
• Preferably at least 1 years working experience in sales order processing, fresh graduates may also apply.
• Required language(s) : English
• Knowledgeable in MS Excel, MS Office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling order data.
• Ability to work swiftly and accurately, even when under time pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to grasp and perform complex rules-based tasks in a consistent manner.
