Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across corporate clients, government agencies, and industry associations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and solution-focused engagement.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (training, consulting, and marketing) to design client specific proposals and solutions.
• Conduct client presentations, pitches, and negotiations to secure partnerships and contracts.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on business development activities, forecasts, and performance.
• Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and industry forums to build brand visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to align solutions with market demand.
