Prize Claim Senior Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Prize Claim Senior Executive to join our dynamic operations team. This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Prize Claim Division, ensuring all claims are processed accurately and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. You will also coordinate high-value prize deliveries, supervise draw operations, manage petty cash, and produce performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

Prize Claims Management

• Process prize claims from agents and walk-in customers.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with SOPs and legal standards.
• Manage inventory and documentation of winning tickets.
• Coordinate shredding of expired tickets per statutory requirements.
• Ensure AMLA compliance for high-value winners.
