This role is responsible for handling Personal Accident and Foreign Worker claims, ensuring fair and timely settlements in line with company policies and regulatory standards. You will play a key part in delivering excellent service, maintaining compliance, and upholding the Company's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, assess, negotiate, and settle Personal Accident and Foreign Worker claims within your authority limit, in line with Company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality claims service that emphasizes speed, fairness, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and review outstanding claims regularly to ensure reserves are adequate, updates are accurate, and pending claims are promptly resolved.
- Provide timely updates to seniors or supervisors on policy coverage issues and adverse claims trends, enabling corrective actions where necessary.
- Support workflow organization and case allocation to ensure efficient claims handling, data accuracy, and compliance with service standards.
- Register new claims via online platforms, attend to walk-in customers, and provide frontline support when required.
- Perform other duties or special projects assigned from time to time.
What We're Looking For
Experience in related claims handling or insurance operations is preferred.Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.Knowledge of Bank Negara's claims guidelines or similar regulatory frameworks is an added advantage.
