Overview
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Executive to strengthen Activa Media Group’s brand identity and lead our marketing efforts across Singapore and Malaysia. This role combines strategic branding, in-house marketing execution, and brand-building initiatives including identifying award opportunities to enhance our credibility and regional presence.
Core Responsibilities
Assist the Head of Digital Marketing to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (SEM, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition (competitor activities).
Develop and maintain a strong, cohesive brand image tailored to the Singapore and Malaysia markets.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and marketing campaigns. Use data insights to optimize future strategies and ensure KPIs are met.
Manage the overall branding and marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation for maximum ROI.
Produce or coordinate marketing materials : brochures, presentations, case studies, sales kits, and digital content. Ensure messaging is consistent with the brand identity.
Who Are We Looking For?
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Bahasa is a plus. A strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies. A self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign innovation. Detail-oriented and data-driven decision makers with excellent analytical skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
