Job Description
- Spearhead overall retail sales performance : Lead and manage sales functions to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive Customer Success & Satisfaction : Be the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service and seamless order processing for our valued clients.
- Identify & Capitalize on New Business : Proactively scout, develop, and strategically launch new and emerging business opportunities and product lines.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy : Conduct in-depth market analysis, monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches to inform our sales strategies.
- Orchestrate Sales & Brand Promotion : Plan and execute impactful sales promotional activities, including trade fairs and exhibitions, to maximize brand visibility and exposure.
- Champion Product & Process Innovation : Continuously identify and propose improvements based on industry trends, market activities, and competitor insights.
- Foster Collaborative Partnerships : Ensure seamless communication and high-quality execution by effectively liaising with internal departments and external partners.
Requirements :
Preferably a Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of proven, relevant sales experience (retail or consumer products background highly advantageous).Strong, verifiable track record of sales success and achieving targets.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-driven focus.Job Type : Full-time
