Job Responsibilities
- Engage with existing customers via outbound calls to update and encourage renewal of their insurance / takaful contributions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering clear, accurate information and personalized service.
- Achieve monthly conservation (retention) targets through persuasive communication and customer-focused solutions.
- Identify customer needs proactively and recommend suitable options or benefits to enhance satisfaction.
- Handle feedback and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records, update databases, and ensure all processes follow company SOPs and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer retention strategies.
Job Requirements
Degree in any discipline.Minimum 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in customer retention or a similar role.Prior experience in a financial institution or insurance / takaful industry is preferred.Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Application Questions
