First-Level Support (Phone, Email & Fax) – Corporate / Consumer Products
- Liaise with Business Unit on service request status
- Perform FCR and dispatch engineers for hardware issues
- Filter and redirect calls by product type (e.g., software, sales)
- Handle consumables, product info, promotions, eShop, repair status, and warranty enquiries
- Provide basic product guidance and assist with gift redemptions and training queries
- Manage consumable orders and admin tasks as needed
