Responsibilities
- To provide prompt, courteous and satisfactory customer service to conserve existing policyholders and agents whilst preserving the confidentiality of customer information.
- Responsible for the day to day operation in respect of collection of funds, issuance of receipt, reconciliation and cancellation of receipts.
- To process New Business application from agents by performing data entry, quality check and scanning.
- To process and approve policy loan applications from customers according to the MCIS Authority Manual and within internal turnaround time.
- To process and approve investment linked partial withdrawal, full withdrawal and switching according to the MCIS Authority Manual and within internal turnaround time.
- To process all surrender request in a timely manner within internal turnaround time.
- To register claim applications at branch level according to internal standard operating procedure and within internal turnaround time.
- Ensure all servicing requests from customers are scanned and indexed into the imaging system.
- To assist as a relief staff in any other branch or Head Office as required by the management.
- Ensure all management reports are submitted on a timely basis without fail according to the timelines / schedule stipulated.
- Ensure active participation in policy conservation activity for direct method of payment, surrender and lapse policies.
- To actively promote the direct channel products to all walk-in customers.
- To undertake any other tasks assigned by the Superior from time to time and provide any service required by the sales team or Business Development Manager.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum Degree of relevant discipline / Diploma or professional certification.Pleasant disposition and good communication skills.Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written & spoken.Must be able to work under minimal supervision.Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.Pass PCE and CEILI will be an added advantage.Join MCIS Life
