Product Design Manager, Fintec

Our client is a diversified technology and financial services company that develops solutions for the financial industry. They provide a wide range of services such as secure cloud services, regulatory tech, and financial infrastructure etc. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a Product Design and the position is based in Malaysia.

Key responsibilities :

• Collaborate across different teams to understand product needs and create design solutions with valuable products and features
• Design and steer product design outcomes, aligning cross-functional teams to achieve cohesive objectives
• Actively participate in designing user flows and experiences as needed to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Work with product manager, marketing, software engineer etc to deliver product design solutions
• Keep track on the market trends particularly in financial software solutions
• Ensure the product design solutions that deliver value, usability and business values
• Provide guidance and support to other team members
