Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to help sales achieve revenue targets
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Building eco-system in this area and Identify new business opportunities, expand Supermicros presence in the region, and drive penetration into new verticals such as cloud, data center, AI, and edge computing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business development, marketing, product management, and engineering to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is integrated into future product development.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge to support product design team.
• Provides technical leadership in Pre-Sales and oversee implementation of such solutions
• Visit on-site facilities and operations to enable solution integration and issue resolution
• Some travel required (Minimum 35%)
• Manage and leads teams during investigation and resolution of problems in the field
• Highly technical problem solver who understands system architecture, hardware and software interaction
• Has a good understanding of firmware, drivers, OS, Applications and their interaction that can cause system issues
