Job Responsibilities

• Application Support : Support incidents raised by business in production environments such as Asset Finance, Provenir, or D365. Monitor batch processes and report abnormalities.
• System Configuration : Set up static data for new onboarding projects and maintain static data for live markets upon request. Attend to user access requisitions in Asia markets.
• Project Support : Control environment versions in testing, coordinate system builds, and support project go-lives with the global deployment and testing teams.
• Project Governance : Attend triage meetings, provide feedback, update Jira tickets, and manage user access requests in ServiceNow.
• Business Domain : Facilitate discussions with business teams on processes, especially in loan and leasing operating models.
