Job Description

We are looking for an experienced candidate in freight forwarding operations who can :

Handle customs declarations for K1, K2, K3, K8, ZB1 & ZB2
Monitor and coordinate end-to-end shipment processes (Import & Export)
Liaise and arrange with hauliers, shipping lines, and warehouses
Ensure smooth and timely cargo clearance and delivery

Requirements

Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English (spoken & written)

Minimum 3 years' experience in freight forwarding operations preferred

Strong knowledge of Malaysian customs procedures and documentation

Able to work independently and manage multiple shipments under tight deadlines
