Forwarding Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and monitor all international and domestic freight movements (air, sea, and / or land).
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, freight agents, and customs brokers.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to clients and addressing delays or issues.
• Manage customer queries and provide excellent service related to freight forwarding activities.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors to optimize costs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely billing and cost control.
• Support the sales team with rate quotations and service offerings.
• Collaborate with warehousing and distribution teams to ensure efficient logistics operations.
