Freight Forwarding Operation Executive

Responsibilities and Duties

• Arrange bookings with co-loaders.
• Coordinate transshipment connections promptly upon receiving booking confirmations from co-loaders.
• Prepare delivery orders (D / O) and shipping instructions (SI) for co-loaders.
• Follow up with co-loaders on cargo status to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide shipment numbers (S / N) to shippers once cargo is received in the warehouse.
• Share shipping details (SOB date, container information, and exchange rate) with shippers, and request SI for bill of lading (BL) preparation.
• Issue BLs and invoices to shippers for verification.
• Manage SI submissions to designated carriers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing to designated carriers.
• Coordinate and send pre-alert documents to the Point of Destination (POD) agent.
• Monitor and track cargo status for shipments loaded in consolidation (console).
