Freight Forwarding / Shipping Documentation Executive

Responsibilities : -

Freight Forwarding

• Work closely with internal operations to meet customer's requirements
• Liaise with internal and external party
• Prepare documentation (such as Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, COA, COO, Insurance, Application for Collection, Bank Draft, custom declaration etc)
• Perform SAP transactions (PGI / FD / Billing)  Ensure compliance with Customers' Standard Operating Procedures
• Proofreading of BL drafts & Approval of BL drafts to Carriers
• Requesting amendment of BL drafts to Carriers (if any) Arrange booking of ocean vessels and drayage for export containers and update systems accordingly
• Shipment status tracking and monitoring : continuously monitor the export shipment and report irregularities Accurately update the schedule  Read e-mails several times daily and reply to all emails daily
• Commit to get orders completed in compliance with KPI.
