HORNG CHEN DECORATION & CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD (HCDCSB) was founded in 1996. Initially, the company specialized in large-scale landscaping projects, including fish ponds, man-made ponds, and various garden styles, such as Mediterranean and tropical gardens. In 1999, HCDCSB took over the majority of Nirvana Asia Ltd.’s construction projects and became their main contractor.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AutoCAD Designer located in Selangor, Malaysia. The AutoCAD Designer will be responsible for preparing architectural and construction drawings, space planning, and ensuring that designs meet project specifications and requirements. The day-to-day tasks involve communicating with clients and team members, generating accurate drawings, and collaborating on construction project details.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
• Strong skills in Drawing and Space Planning
• Effective Communication skills
• Relevant experience in the construction or landscaping industry is beneficial
• Ability to work on-site in Kajang, Selangor
• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
