Job Description / 工作描述
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
负责从职位发布、筛选、面试到录用及入职的全流程招聘工作。
Administer payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
准确及时地处理薪资,确保符合政府法定要求(EPF、公积金、SOCSO、EIS、PCB)。
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
维护并更新员工档案、合同及人力资源相关文件。
Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
与用人部门合作,协调并进行面试。
Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
协助绩效考核及员工评估流程。
Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and company regulations.
确保遵守劳动法、人力资源政策及公司规章制度。
Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management.
为员工和管理层提供人力资源支持和指导。
Assist in other HR and administrative functions as assigned.
协助其他人力资源及行政相关工作。
Requirements / 任职要求
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
拥有人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业的文凭或学位。
At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in HR functions.
至少2–3年相关人力资源工作经验。
Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
熟悉马来西亚劳动法及法定要求。
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
具备良好的人际关系和沟通能力。
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
做事细心、有条理,并能保持保密性。
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems / software.
熟练使用 Microsoft Office 及人力资源系统 / 软件。
Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
会说中文者优先。
Experience in handling foreign worker matters (permit, hostel, payroll) will be considered a benefit.
有处理外籍员工事务(准证、宿舍、薪资)经验者优先。
