Responsibilities

• Automation Development : Design, build, and maintain automation workflows for the e-commerce platform, improving efficiency and reducing manual efforts using Excel VBA, Python, etc.
• Data Extraction : Extraction, Transformation & Loading of e-commerce data (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) into dashboards that support decision-making processes.
• Data Analytics : Analyze project-related data to uncover trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and support decision-making.
• Client Expectation Management : Work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensure alignment with project goals, and maintain high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure automation solutions are implemented effectively and meet project requirements.
• Reporting & Documentation : Provide regular updates on automation progress, performance metrics, and insights to both internal teams and clients.
• Team Support : Collaborate with Delivery Leads, IT Leads, and Team Leads on a variety of processes / projects to ensure seamless understanding and execution of their needs on automation / analytics.
• Ad Hoc Requests : Ensure strong understanding of required priorities while supporting ad hoc requests when possible.
