Manage end-to-end promotions and movements for the Cody Organization. The role includes analyzing talent data, supporting leadership assessments, and driving recognition.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end promotion process for managerial roles, including coordinating assessments and interviews.
- Facilitate all organizational movement actions such as promotions, demotions, group transfers, and employment separations (end of contract, termination) to maintain an accurate and up-to-date organizational structure in all systems.
- Analyze promotion and regional movement data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement, providing actionable insights that improve talent management strategies.
- Support the manager interview process for new promotions, ensuring candidates meet the required competencies to uphold team quality and standards.
- Administer congratulatory and formal recognition tokens for newly promoted managers, validating achievements and reinforcing a culture of recognition and positive morale.
Requirements
A minimum of a Diploma, Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.Strong business analysis and data interpretation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Proficiency in Tableau (moderate), Excel, and PowerPoint.Preferred experience in a sales or service organization involving data analysis, performance measurement, organizational or service area management.Application Questions
