Job Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities across Malaysia
- Acquire and manage clients through door-to-door outreach, field visits and business networking
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of XTransfer's products and services
- Represent XTransfer at national trade shows, conferences and industry events
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, risk control, compliance, operations, marketing) to deliver seamless client experience
- Travel within Malaysia to meet clients and colleagues on-site
Job Requirements
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, customer support or other client-facing rolesFluent in Malay, English and ChinesePrior experience in Banking, Estate, Electronics, Clothing, Stationery, Furniture, Tools, Construction Materials or Logistics industriesValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsProven track record of achieving sales targetsHigh emotional intelligence, empathy and customer service mindsetSelf-driven, goal-oriented, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentYour application will include the following questions :
