Your Role : Spot opportunities to improve payment solutions based on market research and customer feedback. Support internal teams and liaise with external partners on payment matters. Manage documentation and processes per payment provider requirements. Own the payments vertical and drive initiatives with your team. Track performance, resolve issues, and streamline processes. Collaborate with finance, legal, product, operations, and engineering teams. What We Need : 2-5 years of experience (business development, e-commerce, or payments a plus). Bachelor’s degree in any field. Fluent in BM, English, and Mandarin. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
