Manage Facility team and track monitoring systems relevant to the operations to ensure output is met.

Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and the legal requirements.

Liaise with equipment suppliers and local authorities related to environmental, safety and utility providers on compliance with technical matters.

Identify operational resource requirements to meet the needs of the operations.

Manage the scheduled and general waste disposal in accordance to the legal requirements, while managing the budgets and keeping records.

Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.

Develop, motivate and challenge the team members to perform their full potential, providing direct and timely feedback for the benefit of the company and culturally embedded "Safety First" mentality.

Overseeing and accountable for fulfilment of the implementation of all activities in the Facility scope of works to achieve the quality objectives and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• At least holding a Degree in engineering with minimum 6 years working experiences in manufacturing environment.
• Strong track record, knowledge, covers the electrical, mechanical and building.
• Attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture.
• Project management skills and multitasking ability.
