Guest Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Greet and attend to guests with a smile
- Manage bookings (online, WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins)
- Handle check-ins, payments, and daily sales
- Keep the reception neat and inviting
- Promote our packages and products
Communication & Coordination
Work closely with therapists and managementArrange therapist schedules and treatment flowReply to client messages and social media commentsHelp with influencer bookings and media collabsAssist during marketing / content shoot daysAdmin & Inventory Support
Update client records and sales reportsMonitor stock and help pack parcels when neededEnsure all SOPs are followed
