Business Support, Analyst (1 Year Contract) Position Objective :
Support the CS business through effective management and execution of client CDD and other related regulatory processes.
Provide business administration support for the team.
Responsibilities
Support in the client onboarding screening – CDD, company registration / SSM forms, Business Owner identification, etc prior and after iPoS submission
Call / email to follow up with Agents on pending documents to close the new business submission process
Single contact point to educate and guide the Agents on the submission process in iPoS when Agents face challenges
Track, monitor and remind Agents on the submission progress
Follow up with Middle Office on the status of escalation case
Work closely with CMX Team to guide the Agents on deferments
Email blast, contact and reminder to targeted Agents for specific activities, CS clinics to improve submission process
Checking on the policy or members status in Case360 / G400
Support in any physical event / virtual event, if applicable
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or certificates in any fields of study.
Fresh graduates or with 1-2 year working experience; definitely will be considered.
Communication skills – well conversed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer skills, preferably in Excel and systems.
Good problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
Self-motivated, passionate, resourceful, proactive, result driven, and able to work in a stressful and challenging environment.
