The Senior Technical Artist acts as a bridge between the artists and programmers, ensuring that art content and features are easily integrated while respecting the artistic vision and technical constraints of the project. The role supports the content production art teams in achieving top-quality results within the project context, working closely with Art Directors and the programming team to implement technical art features and new technologies.

Location : Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Unity UI integration with proven expertise, ensuring seamless functionality, high visual quality, and optimized performance.
• Collaborate effectively with US and Vietnam-based teams, demonstrating strong English communication skills for smooth cross-border coordination.
• Work independently and proactively, identifying and implementing workflow or integration improvements without supervision.
• Create complex level art assets that require both art and technical skills, e.g., shaders, cloth simulations.
• Provide technical guidance to the internal art team to ensure best implementation outcomes that align with artistic direction and technical standards.
• Take on R&D tasks for various software and production workflows.
• Maintain a high level of artistic quality, demonstrating a strong eye for detail and visual consistency throughout UI integration and implementation.
• Take initiative in problem-solving and optimization, ensuring efficient production pipelines and stable integration results.
• Support and guide junior artists, sharing best practices and technical knowledge while maintaining high standards across the team.
