Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in theconstruction machinery market.
• Lead and manage the sales team, provide training and coaching to improve teamperformance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs,and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report back to the company forstrategic decision - making.

Qualifications

Salary Range : RM2500-RM10000, for basic; additional RM1500 for fixed transportation allowance.

Location : Kempas, Johor.
