Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Broking Manager. The Broking Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with business clients and insurance brokers, delivering customized insurance solutions to meet their needs. Key responsibilities include assessing risk exposure, negotiating terms with underwriters, developing and executing broking strategies, and providing expert advice on insurance products and services. The Broking Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing client relationships, account management, and customer service
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Thorough understanding of insurance products, risk assessment, and industry regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
• Professional certifications in insurance (e.g., ACII, CII) are a plus
• Experience in the insurance industry, especially in broking or underwriting, is beneficial
