Job Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential leads through professional networking, online research, marketing campaigns, industry events, and cold outreach.
- Provide timely and effective customer service and issue resolution for Cregis's affiliates and users, working closely with internal teams and providing recommendations for service improvements.
- Expand Cregis's client base and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Strengthen Cregis's brand presence and business influence in local and international markets.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with key industry players to explore new business opportunities.
Job Requirements :
3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.2+ years of experience in the blockchain industry.Experience in B2B businesses, such as payments, CRM systems, CFD technology, or company setup solutions.Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven and proactive attitude.Excellent prospecting and lead qualification skills.Native or fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
