Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Suggests new menu or improvements from current offerings
- Assist the chef with ensuring cost-efficient kitchen operation.
- Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high-quality standards expected by the Leader Chef.
- Perform tasks in a timely manner.
- Any other suitable task as and when assigned by the Chef.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times
- Performing any other request as directed by the Management, that is commensurate with the role.
Job Requirements
Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent experience in a similar role.At least 1 year of experience in the food & beverage service industry.Proven experience in a professional kitchen.Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays and with overtime.Physical Stamina and Endurance are required. Must be physically able to lift, carry and move large plates and trays of food and glassware and move constantly throughout the shift.Job Types : Full-time, Contract

Pay : RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
