Front Desk Excellence : Greet and assist customers warmly, manage phone calls, and handle internal and external communications with professionalism. Appointment Management : Use our booking system to schedule appointments, recommend treatments, and coordinate with therapists. Sales & Upselling : Confidently promote our services and handle transactions, contributing to our sales goals. Administrative Support : Perform clerical tasks, manage emails, maintain a tidy reception area, and ensure the cleanliness of the surrounding facilities within the premise and perform ad-hoc tasks required by Management. Security & Compliance : Follow safety procedures and monitor access to the center to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. Shift Flexibility : Willingness to work night shifts is preferred but not mandatory. No Experience Required : We welcome candidates without prior experience, though experience in a retail or wellness center is an advantage.
