Job Description
Design, implement and optimize customer loyalty program to enhance customer retention, drive repeat business, and increase customer lifetime value
Monitor and optimize loyalty programs to meet customer needs and maximize customer engagement
Develop strategies to retain customers and reduce churn through personalized offers and communications
Optimize program performance by analyzing participation, redemption rate, customer lifetime value, and engagement data
Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture customers at every stage of their journey
Collaborate with CRM and Performance Marketing team to plan loyalty-focused marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Push notifications, email, in-app, etc.)
Drive platform retention, loyalty, engagement, and usage metrics (e.g. DAU / MAU, purchases)
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, growth marketing, or customer analytics roles
Strong understanding of loyalty program design and customer lifecycle marketing
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Excellent project management and communication skills
Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term loyalty
