Responsibilities
Administrative :
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and inventory lists.
- Support Directors and Designers with administrative tasks when required.
Accounting :
Handle basic accounting functions including data entry, invoicing, billing, and payment processing.Prepare monthly financial records, petty cash, and expense claims.Liaise with external accountants / auditors for submission of financial reports and statutory compliance.Monitor accounts receivable / payable and follow up on outstanding payments.Assist with payroll preparation and related HR administrative duties.Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative and / or accounting functions.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Job Type : Full-time
