Senior Human Resource Executive (New start-up, Mandarin-speaker)

Location : Sungai Petani, Kedah

Onsite, Full-time, Permanent role

Responsibilities

• Set up and lead the full spectrum of HR functions : recruitment, payroll, IR / ER, compliance, L&D, and foreign worker management.
• Partner with local authorities to ensure statutory compliance.
• Drive Business Social Compliance and EHS initiatives.
• Provide Mandarin-speaking support to both employees and management.

Requirement

Pay : RM4, RM6,500.00 per month
