We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with strong hands‑on development experience in Core Banking Technology to drive the successful delivery of complex banking solutions.

Role Focus

Lead the technical delivery of core banking and retail investment applications, ensuring high‑quality code, robust system architecture, and seamless integration of banking technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands‑on Delivery : Lead the design, development, and implementation of banking technology solutions, ensuring alignment with core banking standards.
• End‑to‑End Management : Oversee the entire SDLC, from planning and design to development, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation.
• Technical Leadership : Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (BAs, developers, architects, and QA) to drive best practices and technical excellence.
• System Enhancements & Change Requests : Lead enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and implement changes based on business requirements.
• Quality & Performance : Ensure the integrity and performance of the core banking systems by overseeing SIT, UAT, load testing, and production cutovers.
• Compliance & Security : Ensure that all technical solutions comply with enterprise security and regulatory standards.
