Work Location and Business Operation

Hours : Midvalley or Shah Alam office (this needs to be further discussed as

current team rotates between both offices depending on management)

Detailed

Job Scope : End to end recruitment. Full Cycle Recruitment end to end process

(Sourcing to Onboarding)

Liaising with Hiring Managers on vacant position (get

the necessary approved requisition form, job scope, level, etc)

Posting of job adverts and shortlisting of candidates

for Hiring Managers

Liaison and arrangement for interviews between HR,

Hiring Managers and candidates (inclusive of booking of interview rooms)

Preparation of documents for interviewers – profile

summary of candidates

Offer letter preparation & negotiation with

candidates.  Assist in other recruitment

activities e.g. career fairs, university visits
