Your new role

As a key leader, you will oversee a dedicated team of three, driving the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles across the organisation's operations and strategic decisions. Your job scope includes :

• Support and execute comprehensive ESG strategies aligned with the organisation's values, goals, and industry best practices.
• Identify and prioritise key ESG issues relevant to the business operations and industry sector.
• Support the development of ESG performance metrics, targets, and reporting mechanisms to track progress and ensure accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business processes, product development, and supply chain management.
• Risk mitigation : Support ESG risk assessments and provide guidance & maximise opportunities for positive impact.
• Stakeholder communication : Engage with investors, analysts, customers, and others to communicate our ESG initiatives and performance effectively.
• Cultivate partnerships with external organisations, NGOs, and industry peers to advance collective ESG goals and drive innovation.
