Business Development - Klang (Executive)

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Candidate with minimum 2 years of working experience in relating to sales in general or life insurance company will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with good command of English.
• Possess strong mindset in excelling and developing career in the organisation.
• Possess own transportation.
• Assist Head of Branch in formulating business strategic and action plan in order to achieve branch’s budget with profitability.
• Ensure and provide business support to business partner and customer as assigned.
• Assist Head of Branch / Business Development Manager in the execution of the business sales development and expansion including conduct training, risk survey and all credit control matters.
• Develop, grow and expand new agency business and agency recruitments.
• Expand the corporate and agency business and all legitimate sales campaign initiated by the Company.
• Monitor and maintain healthy credit control management to all agents and customers that is stipulated under Company’s compliance requirement and observe disciplines as required.
