Assistant Production Supervisor

Job Description : -

1. To assist in making sure the production lines are well managed.

2. To ensure daily output is achieve to the target.

3. To make sure all panels are in good condition before lifting / hoisting to lorry and transfer to yard.

4. To report all line activities to Production Supervisor.

5. To identify the process improvement and assist Supervisor in all activities for process enhancement.

6. To follow the proper production planning, proper manpower planning and proper training in order to ensure products produced are according to customer specification.

7. To assist in supervising workers and making sure on the concreting process run smoothly.

8. To ensure the volume and quality of concrete for each line is up to product standard.

9. To submit daily report for the concrete usage and output.

10. To record daily usage of concrete produce as per quantity and ensure the concrete produced in good quality.

11. Working closely with batching plant machinery in planning and timing for concrete setting.

12. To perform any others task assign by Production Supervisor / Production Manager.

Job Requirement :

• Candidate should possess a min Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical).
• Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
• Preferably candidates specializing in Manufacturing / Production or equivalent.
• Experienced in precast or construction will be additional advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay language for both spoken and written.
