Partner School Counselor (Mandarin & English Speaker)

Responsibilities

• Business Development : Cultivate and strengthen relationships with assigned feeder schools by participating in various fairs or organizing events to generate new leads. Improve awareness of INTI in feeder schools. Be involved with campus events to drive superior customer / student experience (e.g., campus tours, conduct team building activities, programme briefings, transportation and logistics, venue bookings). Drive cost leadership to improve productivity.
• Grow Enrolment : Able to counsel and advise students and parents on programmes by attending walk-in, write-in, phone-in, and email enquiries. Responsible for growing new local enrolment on a cyclical basis, contributing to the yearly target.
• Others : Prepare and participate in departmental and general staff meetings to check-in sales performance, address issues and exchange information. Other duties assigned by management.
