BARTENDER / BARISTA

About the role We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bartenders / Baristas, including assistant roles. Whether crafting cocktails or brewing the perfect coffee, you will help create an exceptional experience for our guests in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are well-stocked and in good condition
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and making recommendations based on their preferences
• Adhering to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Collaborating with the food and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Monitoring and controlling inventory, placing orders as needed
• Assist senior staff as needed and learn on the job (for assistant roles)
