System Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist manager in executing continuous process improvement plans, delivering solutions to various departments / stakeholders.
• Work with all departments to analyze and understand their system requirements, cross-departmental processes, etc.
• Maintain, monitor and identify enhancement opportunity in company’s ERP system.
• Assist in training and knowledge transfer to end-users.
• Design and develop reports / dashboards to help management visualize operation of the company.
• Provide proactive analytical and strategic insights on business performance, perform statistical analysis to identify improvement opportunities as well as associated issues and risks.
• Contribute and document business processes, standards operating procedures and methodologies.
• Monitor project progress by proactively tracking activity, resolving problems, reporting on progress, and recommending actions.
• Develop / maintain data analysis in both Oracle Analysis Cloud and Power BI platform.
